Welcome to HST
Welcome to HST
Hi everyone!
Welcome to English for Hospitality Service. This course will teach you language and hands on skills to prepare you for work in the service industry.
This course is fun and challenging. To avoid falling behind, you have to attend all of the classes or have a valid excuse. If you can't come to class, you must e-mail me before class starts.
At the end of the month, you will get a certificate from CCEL saying that you've complete the course. You will also have the option of applying for the Serving it Right certificate. This costs $40. Everyone does the Serving it Right training but if is your choice to get the certificate.
I am happy to help any students with their resumes anytime in the course. Contact me if you need help!
My e-mail is kate.neville@canada-english.com
